We have the best charitable events of any car club in Ontario! Summer, winter, spring and fall, we have something for everyone on a weekly monthly and yearly basis. Don’t forget - the Sunday morning get together for Coffee, Cars & Cruises. We alternate every Sunday between Tim Hortons and Boston Pizza parking lot—both on Hoover Park Drive in Stouffville starting at 8:30 am. Thank you to Youngs Insurance who provides free donuts and coffee on the Sundays in the Boston Pizza parking lot. Also, we have Pop up cruises going on those days as well. For those that want to participate, the cruise usually leaves around 9:30 am. Last week’s cruise to Tailgate’s Restaurant in Orillia was a lot of fun. We were treated to watching sea planes take off and land in the river next to the patio we were dining at.

Because our club is so great, the executive would like to propose extending our club get togethers past the traditional summer season cruise-in evenings by introducing social event evenings once a month during the off cruise season months.

Hey everyone! Mark your calendars for July 21,2024 for our annual, not-to-be-missed, Members BBQ! Come join us for some great food and fellowship at the Memorial Park Picnic Pavilion in Stouffville (same place as the last 2 years). Our in-house Chef Mario will grill you up the best tasting burgers and sausages served up in York Region. We’ll also have some tasty side salads, but make sure you leave room for dessert...the fresh grilled pineapple over ice cream was a huge hit last year and we plan to do it again!

New this year, we will have a cruise prior to the BBQ. Thank you to Andrew Sommers for organizing the route which will finish at the BBQ Pavilion. Details to follow.

Once again, this is a Pay-It-Forward event in support of the Stouffville Food Bank. To thank you for your generosity, members who donate will receive a draw ticket for some very nice door prizes.

To thank you all for your on-going support of our great club, please make sure you come out on Wednesday, August 21 for Pizza Night!! Members will be treated to a fresh, hot slice of pepperoni pizza, a bag of chips and a drink. Thank you to our sponsor, Pizza Nova for giving us a nice discount on the pizza, to Peter & Suzie’s No Frills on Hwy 7 for providing the drinks, and Costco for the chips. Pizza arrives at 6:00pm

This is a great car show that is highly anticipated! Get there early or you won’t get in! The club will be arriving at 7:30 to set up our tent in the same spot as last year (near the entrance gates}. Please join us early so we can all be parked together as a club.

Valve cover racing is a competitive event and similar to the Pinewood Derby, however vehicles are made from a valve cover from an internal combustion car engine, rather than wood blocks. Vale cover racing is quite a bit of fun and commonly seen at car shows. Here at Markham Stouffville Cruisers, we’ve adopted this and made it our very own, which has proven to be a great event, time after time. Valve Cover Racing

Your MSC Executive team is working on a new initiative designed to give our members more benefits/perks of being a Markham Stouffville Cruisers member.

We are in the process of compiling a list of local businesses that are willing to give our member’s a discount on good and services provided by their organization. To receive your discount, all you have to do is identify yourself as a MSC member and show your membership card. Membership cards will be distributed to all members when they renew their membership starting in 2023 and every year thereafter.

In order to grow our list of sponsors, we are reaching out within our membership. Do you own a business and would be willing to offer fellow MSC members a discount on your goods and/or services? If so, please contact a member of our Executive Team and we will gladly add you to our list. Additionally, we will add your business logo to our newsletter and website.
