Feature Car of the Month: May 2021
Note from the Editor:
John and Helga Csiki have been members for approximately 10 years. As you can see, they own many cars... when asked if he had a favourite, John replied: “they are ALL my favourites”. John stores all his vehicles in garages and a barn on his property in Keswick.
The following article was published in Old Autos magazine on March 4, 2019. Old Autos magazine and John Csiki have granted permission to reproduce the article here for your enjoyment.
Thank you John for sharing with us. You have an outstanding and enviable collection.
The Lincoln Collection of John and Helga Csiki By Paul Jordan
Every so often a magnificent "like new" fifties/sixties Lincoln attended the Crusin' Classics Port Perry cruise-in last seasons. John was exercising some of his treasures. After getting John's approval, this report is the result of my visiting his huge three-garage collection.
John deisgned and built custom highway trailiers (floats) up to 150 tons for 50 years. He just recently sold and retired from his business. John has restored many of these cars himself, bringing some from disassembled parts back to full gloury! Some were pruchased totally restored.
Thank you, John, for sharing your magnificient collection with us all.
